Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the P2D – Path2Deutschland website, mobile application and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
P2D provides study-abroad information, counselling, profile evaluation, university and course guidance, application support, and coordination of selected related services. What is available may vary by country, institution, intake, student profile and third-party provider.
No guarantee of admission or visa
P2D does not guarantee admission, offer letters, scholarships, visa approval, residence permits, employment, university acceptance, financial approval, or any other outcome controlled by universities, governments, embassies, consulates, banks or third-party providers.
Final decisions are made by the relevant institution or authority.
Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents, meet deadlines, respond to requests, and follow instructions from universities, authorities and service providers.
False, forged, altered or misleading documents may result in termination of services and may carry legal consequences.
University and course information
Information about universities, courses, fees, deadlines, eligibility, scholarships and visa requirements is provided for guidance and may change. Please verify final requirements with the relevant university, authority or official source.
Application and visa assistance
P2D may assist with application preparation, document coordination and visa-related guidance. P2D is not a government authority, embassy, consulate or university, and cannot control their decisions or processing times.
Third-party services and partners
P2D may coordinate independent third-party services including education loans, forex, blocked accounts, accommodation, travel and flight assistance, language training, application platforms and partner consultancies. These services may have their own separate terms, fees and privacy policies.
Fees and payments
Applicable P2D fees, partner charges, university fees, visa fees and other expenses will be communicated through the relevant quotation, invoice, agreement or service page. Government, university and third-party charges may be separate.
Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the applicable written service agreement or refund policy.
Consultation and communication
Consultations may be conducted online, by phone, by messaging, or in person where available. Please keep your contact details current and respond promptly to requests needed to progress an application.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the P2D name, logo, branding, website content, text, graphics, designs, videos and other materials are owned by or licensed to P2D, and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without permission.
Student reviews, photos and success stories
P2D publishes student testimonials, photographs and success stories only where appropriate permission or consent has been obtained. Please do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights.
Website and app use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Services, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or use the Services for unlawful purposes. P2D may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or legal compliance.
Accuracy and availability
P2D aims to keep information accurate and current, but does not warrant that all content will always be complete, error-free, uninterrupted or current. Deadlines, fees, requirements and availability can change.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, P2D is not responsible for losses arising solely from the decisions or actions of universities, governments, embassies, consulates, banks, airlines, accommodation providers or other independent third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of personal information is governed by the P2D Privacy Policy.
Changes to services and terms
P2D may modify the Services or these Terms. Updated Terms will be published here with a revised date. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
P2D may suspend or discontinue a service, or a user’s access, where reasonably necessary due to misuse, non-payment, false information, security concerns, legal requirements or other legitimate reasons.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at , India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer or statutory rights.
